    Jun Frank

    Head of Compensation & Governance Services

    Jun Frank is Global Head of Compensation & Governance Advisory for ISS-Corporate, leading teams of advisors in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for compensation and governance advisory practices on the West Coast.

    Jun brings with him unique experience, having served in research leadership roles at two of the world’s largest proxy advisers, ISS and Glass Lewis.

    He holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. with concentrations in corporate finance and investments from the University of Notre Dame.
