SINGAPORE (October 25, 2017)  – ISS Corporate Solutions, Inc. (ICS), a leading provider of compensation and governance tools and advisory services to help companies improve shareholder value and reduce risk, today announced the appointment of Anthony Riha as Vice President of Sales, Asia.

Based in Singapore, Riha will work closely with ICS’ regional sales and advisory teams in furtherance of the business’s overall growth strategy, which is underpinned by the provision of industry leading data, analytics, tools, and advisory services to corporations and their advisors.

Reporting to Stephen James, ICS’ Head of EMEA & Asia-Pacific, Riha will also be responsible for maintaining and managing existing relationships with clients who depend on ICS to help design and manage governance and remuneration programs that align with company goals, reduce risk, and address the needs of a diverse shareholder base.

Based in Asia since 2008, Riha previously served with the Irish Funds Industry Association where, among other responsibilities, he stewarded engagement between Irish Funds and the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Hong Kong Exchanges, Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission, and China Securities Regulatory Commission on policies and strategic matters. Prior to that, Riha served as senior director and head of the technology sales teams at RR Donnelly Investment Management Services with responsibility for building relationships with Asia-area C-Suite executives as well as providing companies and professional service providers technology driven compliance and regulatory solutions. Concurrent with Broadcast Journalism studies at Edison College, Tony started his professional career as a News Writer for ABC and NBC News affiliates in the United States, attaining the title of Producer/Senior Writer.
