ISS-Corporate Launches New ISSB-Aligned Sustainability Reporting Solution
LONDON (May 18, 2026) – ISS-Corporate, a leading provider of robust SaaS and expert advisory services to companies globally, today announced the launch of a unified reporting program designed to support companies in meeting the requirements of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB)’s Sustainability Disclosure Standards (IFRS SDS).
IFRS SDS comprise two complementary standards, IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, which together establish a global baseline for sustainability-related disclosures. The standards are designed to enhance the availability of decision-useful information for investors and other capital market participants and are increasingly being incorporated into national and regional regulatory frameworks. IFRS SDS are currently being implemented or referenced as mandatory reporting requirements in 36 jurisdictions, with the scope and degree of adoption varying by jurisdiction. More information on IFRS SDS can be found here.
ISS-Corporate’s new solution supports companies in addressing both IFRS S1 (overarching requirements on all material sustainability-related financial disclosures) and IFRS S2 (climate-related disclosures). The offering integrates advisory expertise, carbon accounting, and reporting software into a single, coordinated program, moving sustainability reporting beyond a compliance exercise to support consistency, decision-useful disclosures, and long-term corporate resilience.
Reinhilde Weidacher, Head of Corporate Sustainability Services at ISS-Corporate, said: “As adoption of the ISSB standards accelerates globally, companies need tools that go beyond minimum requirements and enable enduring resilience. Sustainability reporting plays a critical role in how organizations communicate risk, strategy, and resilience to investors and other stakeholders over time. Our unified IFRS S1 and S2 solution brings together expertise and technology to support high-quality, decision‑useful disclosures in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.”
